Verstara Custom Order Policy

Every Verstara piece is handcrafted and made-to-order using your provided materials and specifications. These timelines and policies ensure timely delivery and uncompromising quality.

1) Submissions & Order Completion

All required items must be received within 30 days of your order date to maintain the quoted delivery timeframe:

  • Horsehair or ashes in the minimum amount/length specified for your design
  • Accurate ring size (or other sizing)
  • Engraving text (if applicable)
  • Any other details listed in your order confirmation

If any of the above are missing after 30 days, your order is placed on hold and the guaranteed delivery date no longer applies.

2) Reminder Schedule

  • Day 30: First follow-up email
  • Monthly reminders sent for up to 6 months from the order date

3) Orders Held Beyond 6 Months

  • Payment converts to store credit usable toward any available Verstara design
  • A 10% administrative fee is deducted before credit is applied
  • Store credit does not expire

4) Price Adjustments for Delayed/On-Hold Orders

Metal and production costs change. If your order is delayed beyond 30 days due to missing submissions or information:

  • The originally quoted price is no longer guaranteed
  • When reactivated, current pricing applies
  • Any store credit is applied, and any difference is due before production resumes

5) Refund Policy

  • Refunds may be requested within 24 hours of placing the order
  • After 24 hours, payments are final (custom materials and metals are purchased/allocated)
  • No cash refunds for incomplete orders; store credit applies per Section 3

6) Custom CAD Design Deposit

  • $250 non-refundable deposit required before CAD work begins
  • Deposit is applied toward your total once the design is approved
  • If you choose not to proceed after CAD is completed, the deposit remains non-refundable

7) Shipping Your Materials

  • Package inclusions securely and include your name and order number
  • Use a tracked and insured shipping method
  • Verstara is not responsible for client-sent packages that are lost or delayed

8) Communication

Please monitor your email (and spam/junk folders) for messages from us. Delays caused by missed emails or late replies may affect timelines and pricing.

Quick Timeline Summary

  • Day 0: Order placed; 30-day clock begins
  • Day 30: If info/materials missing → order on hold; delivery guarantee removed
  • Day 30–180: Monthly reminders (6 total)
  • Day 181+: Payment converts to store credit (minus 10% admin fee); current pricing applies upon reactivation
